1. Eligibility:

Each entrant must adhere to the guidelines, and any attempt at duplicate or multiple entries will result in immediate disqualification without further notice. Xlorit Innovations reserves the right to verify the authenticity of each submission, ensuring that all entrants are legitimate and meet the defined eligibility requirements before being considered for selection.

2. Giveaway Period:

The giveaway will officially commence at 12:00 PM on Monday, 18th November 2024, and will conclude precisely at 11:59 PM on Wednesday, 20th November 2024. Submissions must be completed within this clearly defined timeframe to qualify. Any entries submitted outside these dates will be deemed invalid and not considered under any circumstances. Xlorit Innovations will not accept late submissions and will not be held accountable for any technical issues faced by entrants during the submission period.

3. Submission Criteria: 

To be eligible for consideration, entrants are required to follow the Xlorit Innovations official pages on both LinkedIn and Instagram. Each individual or entity is permitted only one submission, and any attempt to submit multiple entries, whether intentional or accidental, will result in immediate disqualification. Xlorit Innovations reserves the right to verify the social media engagement of each entrant, ensuring compliance with the specified requirements. This measure helps maintain fairness and prevents misuse of the submission process.

4. Selection Process and Notification: 

The selection of entries is based exclusively on the creativity and originality demonstrated in the submitted ideas. Xlorit Innovations will conduct an internal evaluation of each entry, measuring it against specific criteria that focus on innovation and creative potential. The final decision rests solely with the company and will be made at its discretion. Selected entries will be notified via email within a maximum of 72 hours. If an entry does not respond within the given timeframe, the opportunity will be extended to another creative submission without further negotiation or reconsideration.

5. Project Kickoff and Timeline: 

Upon confirmation of the selected entries, the website development must begin within a 1-2 week period following acceptance by the entrant. The project completion is projected within a 4-5 week window, contingent upon the prompt provision of feedback and the necessary materials from the entrant. Timely communication is critical, as any delays caused by the entrant may impact the overall delivery schedule and extend the timeline beyond what was initially agreed upon. Xlorit Innovations emphasizes the importance of effective collaboration to meet the projected deadlines.

6. Scope of Giveaway Services:

The scope of services covered by the giveaway is limited strictly to the essential aspects of website development using a low-code platform. This includes basic on-page SEO enhancements and a 1-month maintenance period dedicated to resolving minor bugs and implementing basic security updates. The scope does not extend to the addition of new features, major redesigns, or addressing complications related to third-party services post-launch. Any requests beyond the predefined scope will incur additional charges, which will be applied according to the standard rates of Xlorit Innovations.

7. Content Provision and Associated Fees:

The entrant is responsible for providing all necessary content for the website, including but not limited to text, images, and branding elements. Should the entrant be unable to supply these required materials, Xlorit Innovations will offer support in content creation, domain registration, and hosting setup, subject to additional charges. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that all submitted content is free from copyright infringement and complies with intellectual property laws. Xlorit Innovations will not assume liability for any legal issues arising from the use of unauthorized or copyrighted materials provided by the entrant.

8. Statement of Work (SOW) and Contract Agreement:

A comprehensive Statement of Work document will be meticulously prepared, detailing the specific deliverables, project timeline, and responsibilities of both parties involved. The SOW must be reviewed thoroughly and signed by both the entrant and Xlorit Innovations before the commencement of any development activities. The contractual agreement will cover key areas such as confidentiality, intellectual property rights, content liability, and the scope of the project, ensuring a clear understanding and alignment between both parties throughout the development process.

9. General Terms:

By submitting an entry, the entrant fully agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Xlorit Innovations retains the authority to make all final decisions regarding the selection process and the allocation of services. These decisions are definitive and cannot be contested or appealed. The company’s judgment will be based on its internal evaluation criteria and will not be influenced by external opinions or pressures.

10. Confidentiality Commitment: 

Xlorit Innovations is committed to treating all materials and information provided by the entrant with the utmost confidentiality. The company will not disclose any client-provided data to third parties except when necessary for project completion and only with prior consent from the entrant. This confidentiality agreement helps protect sensitive information and ensures that client trust is maintained throughout the engagement.

11. Right to Modify Giveaway Terms: 

Xlorit Innovations reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the giveaway at its sole discretion. This includes changes to dates, submission guidelines, or prize details. Any alterations to the giveaway terms will be communicated promptly, but the company does not guarantee advance notice for all modifications. Entrants are encouraged to review the terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

12. Limitation of Liability: 

Xlorit Innovations shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from the entrant’s failure to provide timely communication, issues with third-party services, or unauthorized changes made after the project handover. The company reserves the right to withdraw the offer if the entrant does not comply with deadlines or fails to provide necessary materials in a timely manner.

13. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from this giveaway will initially be addressed through direct discussions between the parties involved. If these discussions do not lead to a resolution, the matter will be escalated to the legal jurisdiction of the Indian courts, whose decision will be final and binding.

14. Publicity and Promotional Use:

By engaging in this giveaway, entrants grant Xlorit Innovations permission to use their names and business details for promotional purposes unless explicitly prohibited by law. This permission is considered granted upon the submission of the entry and will be used solely for marketing activities related to the giveaway.

15. Giveaway Coverage:

The offer includes the development phase of the website, along with a 1-month basic maintenance period focused on addressing minor bug fixes and implementing necessary security updates. Any requests for additional maintenance, enhancements, or feature expansions beyond this period will be subject to standard service charges as per Xlorit Innovations’ rate card.

16. Acceptance of Terms:

Submission of an entry and engagement with the giveaway services indicate the entrant’s full acceptance of all terms and conditions detailed in this document. Non-compliance with any of the stated terms may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the complimentary services offered by Xlorit Innovations.
