PropTech Revenue Intelligence Platform
Built a multi-integration PropTech SaaS from zero, with a 24x7 multilingual prospect AI agent and a sync layer that unifies AppFolio, Rent Manager and Rentvine data and catches its own failures.
Overview
A US-based SaaS company building revenue intelligence, AI-powered operations and accounting tools for property management companies (PMCs) serving multi-family and single-family real estate portfolios. XLORIT is embedded as the dedicated development team and built the entire product from scratch.
A data-heavy product where one wrong number costs real money
The client needed a team that could build a complex, multi-integration SaaS product from zero and move fast enough to survive the early startup phase. The core challenge was connecting three property management platforms (AppFolio, Rent Manager and Rentvine) into one unified product, each with its own data model, sync behavior and failure modes. In real estate accounting, a single dollar discrepancy causes confusion. The data had to be right, and when it wasn't, the system had to catch it before the client did.
- Three PMS platforms, each with a different data model, sync behavior and failure modes
- Failed syncs showed PMC clients wrong rent figures, stale lease dates and mismatched unit statuses
- Values in the PMS and in the product disagreed, with zero tolerance for wrong numbers
- A full product had to be built from scratch, fast enough for an early-stage startup
Our Approach
We built the full product from zero and engineered it to catch its own failures.
Systems that tell you when something is wrong
Five hundred thousand records sync across three platforms with different data models and zero tolerance for wrong numbers. Rather than waiting for a PMC client to report a mismatch, we built the scheduler, the pull button, the error alerts and the null-detection layer, so the system catches its own failures first. The engagement came through a referral, and XLORIT is now the internal subject-matter expert for all three PMS platforms and the default escalation point for data reliability issues.
- 0 → fully shipped SaaS: 6 modules, 60+ features
- 300+ properties and 3,000+ units on the platform
- 500,000+ records synced across 3 PMS platforms
- API response time under 300ms across most endpoints
- Auto-scheduled sync every 8 hours, with per-organization email confirmation
- No silent failures: every sync issue raises an automated alert before client impact
We came to XLORIT through a referral, and a year later they're still the team we trust with our core data. The architecture has held up as we've added more platforms and more properties, which is exactly what we were worried about at the start.
